Internal Family Systems (IFS): a recap

IFS believes that each of us is an ecosystem of parts, and when all parts are in harmony, the ecosystem runs smoothly, yet when we are taken over by one or more parts we can feel out of balance or stuck or in chaos or not even recognize ourselves, as we sometimes swing wildly from one emotion to another.

Deep Parts Wisdom Circle 2024

These Deep Parts Wisdom Circles are IFS-informed and are created to support you to NOTICE your parts, get to KNOW them, and find out what they NEED in order for you to access more Self energy, more integration, more Wholeness, more Soul. We will do this using mindfulness, embodied movement/dance, explore wise-nature archetypes (from Wild Mind by Bill Plotkin), visualisation and creative expression as well as the healing power of sharing in a sacred safe circle of like-minded souls.
